Daniel Gallant is currently a student of Law and is a Registered Social Worker in BC who has a B.A. in First Nations Studies.
Daniel has been published internationally in scholarly peer reviewed journal, literary journals, magazines etc. Poetic narratives are Daniel’s primary creative processing tool, and also has published in creative non-fiction (auto-biographic) genre.
As a consultant for media, scholars, and government bodies on violent right wing extremism in Canada, and as a trained counsellor, Daniel offers resources to individuals seeking to leave violent extremist lifestyles. Daniel presents Scholars from the Underground in order to promote transformation and to contribute to create safe spaces in society for true cultural transformation. The message of transformation includes autobiographic stories that are sometimes clear and concise while others are very abstract. Daniel’s message as an educator is centred by a willingness to talk openly about things that most people are uncomfortable dialoguing about in public forums.
We are blessed to live in a space and time where we can now talk openly about these social issues. Daniel welcomes you to his Blogosphere.
